I combine expertise in multi-omic analysis, reproducible pipelines, and web development to turn complex biological data into actionable insights. - Metabolomic and lipidomic analysis of spleen and bone marrow macrophages in the Townes sickle cell murine model
- Reproducible multi-omic pipeline (Quarto, R/Python) on F4/80high sorted macrophages (MACS/FACS), LC-MS acquisition
- Hierarchical PLS metabolomics and WGCNA lipidomics with LION functional annotation
